Activation email not received

Oh my God! I still cannot post and do nothing on wordpress. I do not receive this activation email. It’s not on my Spam box. Please, does anybody can help me. Otherwise, I will be forced to change platform.

The most strange thing is that I receive other emails from wordpress such as “Recovery emial address changed”, “new password” but no email for activation account. I am struggling with this problem. Does anybody can help me? The email is correct. I use gravatar but I have created one after wordpress. No email at spam box or social or any filter.

@diegodebiase, your account appears to be working normally when I check. Can you please tell me a little more about what is going wrong in your case and what error message you see when the problem happens?

@maenaitalia, your account appears activated when I check the settings. Have you setup a separate account with a username other than maenaitalia by chance? If not, and if maenaitalia is the correct username, can you tell me exactly what happens when you try to post and also copy and paste the full error message here if you see an error message?

Same thing!! i bought a site and domain etc, made it with pull down menus and now nothing comes up, and when i login its like i don’t have a site and it says to START CREATING HERE! I already did everything and all of my insights are gone and back down to 0 like I don’t have a site? then when i say to send my activation email thinking that was the problem NOTHING is sent. been doing this for a week now and I looked in EVERY SINGLE inbox possible. HELP :( I’m so unhappy

Exactly the same for me, this is obviously a massive flaw that still hasn’t been sorted. I’ve given up and gone to blogspot!

I’m having this problem also. Tried the suggestions, and have requested the email be sent several times. Not in any folder of my email, including spam.

Your account was activated several years ago. Were you never able to gain access and post? If you are having issues accessing your site, it is not related to your activation e-mail.

Actually nothing was fixed?? My site still says “Lets get started”
my analytics are all reset and none of my pull down tabs are there etc. NOTHING was fixed. The fact that I pay for all of this and nothing works is so annoying. PLEASE fix this disaster.

Is there anything that you are receiving to indicate that you are not able to publish posts? Your account is definitely activated as evidence by the ability for you to publish a post here:

Currently, there are no charges under your account, nor are there any domain subscriptions. Did you purchase a domain under a different account? Or was it for a self-hosted WordPress.ORG blog? Since you mentioned you purchased a site, it gives me the impression that you might be talking about a self-hosted blog since sites with WordPress.com are free. That may be the reason why you are experiencing issues. You may be under wrong account OR you are looking for your WordPress.org content under your WordPress.com account.
