Activation email not received

I’ve resent the activation email multiple times and have yet to receive any of the emails in my inbox or my spam folder. Between yesterday and today, I’ve tried to activate my account and no luck. I double and then triple checked to make sure my email is correct and it is.

Hi @jessicashirleywku, it looks like we sent the email five times. If it isn’t in spam or bulk, can you check with your mail provider to see why they’re accepting the email but not delivering it to you?
I’ll also send a different type of verification for you in the meantime. Cheers :)

Thank you, supernovia for your assistance! I received an email from a happiness engineer that allowed me to finally activate my account. I appreciate your looking into the issue for me and I still haven’t the foggiest idea why I got the other emails but not the activation one. :)

@jessicashirleywku Perfect. That was me; glad you got it. Be sure to check in with your mail provider as to why they aren’t delivering those activation emails. Our logs show they received them.

Hi, I have requested my email multiple times and still have not received it. My blog was up and running and I even made a post and now the link does not work.
The message the comes up in google is:
http://www.vanessalsl.com’s server DNS address could not be found.
How can I fix this ASAP? -

@vanessalsl your email is already verified. If you still need help, can you start a new thread and add the “modlook” tag so that @jessicashirleywku won’t receive a bunch of unrelated emails? I can also see your site without any issues.
