I have the same issue. Signed up for an account yesterday and have not received an e-mail. I’m using Outlook.com (not Outlook the program). Not in the Spam folder either.

Our logs show the email was sent, about 20 hours ago, and it went through, so it should be somewhere in your inbox.
But I’ve sent you a separate email so we can activate the account manually.

I am having the same issue as well. I signed up yesterday and have requested the email several times and checked every folder.

The emails to your address are bouncing back with a message that they’re undeliverable, so either there’s a mistake in the email address you’ve added, or your email provider is blocking us.
If there is no mistake in the email address here: https://wordpress.com/me/account/, you’ll need to contact your email provider to make sure they unblock/whitelist us so our emails to you will go through.
