activation email not received, can not login

  I created new blog https://lowcarbbigflavor.wordpress.com/ using new username, lowcarbbigflavor, and gmail.com email address earlier today.

  I have not received activation email yet. I have checked the spam folder.

  Also, when I try to login, I get error message “ERROR: Invalid email or username.”

  Lost password request for the username shows message “
  Unable to reset password

  I’m sorry, but we weren’t able to find a user with that login information.”

  How do I activate the blog?

  Hi @ketulgandhi,

  This was created using a different username. Can you try resetting your password using your email address instead?

  Yes the new blog was created using another username. I am unable to reset the password. When I request lost password by entering email address. I get error message
  “Unable to reset password

  I’m sorry, but we weren’t able to find a user with that login information.”

  There is no way for me to request password reset using username or email address.

  Hi there! We do not have a user ‘lowcarbbigflavor’. Can you confirm that you’ve tried our reset forms using the email address you used to sign up?

  If that’s still not working, please provide me with the email address and I can send you an email to help you regain access to the account and site. When you post an email address in the forums, it will be redacted from view, but staff will be able to see it.

  Hi @shawnajroberts,

  I am not able to use password recovery by username or email.
  This is the email I used to register the blog –

  (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  The blog – https://lowcarbbigflavor.wordpress.com/ does show the theme I chose while signing up.
