Activation Issue in WordPress.com
-
For some reason it seems like the “resend activation” form does not work currently, it’s throwing a HTTP 400 error

Hi there,
The WordPress.com account you used to post here is already activated – it looks like your email was already verified four years ago.
Can you tell me where exactly you’re seeing the “resend activation” option? Or otherwise, what exactly are you trying to activate?

Hi kokkieh.
This is for the account: glassflooring
I see a “Trouble Activating” form on this page –> https://wordpress.com/support/contact/
But the form to resend the activation email throws the HTTP 400 error.

Hi there,
To confirm ownership, can you log into your
glassflooringaccount and post in this thread from that account? Once you do that, we’ll be able to assist you in getting the account verified. Thanks!

There-in lies the problem.
I can’t login to that account because it gives me this message
“This account hasn’t been activated yet — check your email for a message from WordPress.com and click the activation link. You’ll be able to log in after that.”
Which is why I was trying to use the “Trouble Activating” form — but that doesn’t work at all so I’m kinda stuck.
The account was created via a WooCommerce purchase.
