  Hello, I work for a company that uses the avatar linked to my work email gravatar.
  I have been forever trying to activate my account (please note this account’s email is not the same as the one for my company). But everytime I try to sign in to wordpress I get the message “your account has not been activated. we sent you an email with a link to activate.”
  Even when I choose the have the email sent again I get nothing in my work email. If someone can offer assistant please contact me so I can provide you the email address. Thank you.

  What is the exact URL of the exact blog that you are trying to access please?

  Which username account account registered that blog?

  Post the email address associated with that account here please knowing the software will redact it ie. HIDE it so only Staff can see it.

  Please check in your email client spam/ junk mail filter as well as your “social” tab in Gmail, if you use it. I’ll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

  It looks like your account is already activated at WordPress.com. It looks like you may have recently activated it. Can you confirm?

So the account I am having trouble with is (email visible only to moderators and staff) My company uses jira/confluence and the avatar they use is fetched from my gravatar account linked to that email (jdelaohernandez). Again, when I try to login to that account I get the messaged previously mentioned. I obviously check all my folders to make sure that the email is not being sent somewhere else but I get absolutely nothing.

  Hi @jdelao1988,

  It looks like the first email we sent may have had some trouble making it to your inbox. I just sent another. Can you see if you received it?

  Thanks for the help so far.
  No. I have not received any emails from wordpress.
  My email was originally (email visible only to moderators and staff) but IT created an alias (email visible only to moderators and staff) because they misspelled my name. Eitherway, I have yet to receive an email from you. Please help :(
