Activation link sends me to the front page.

  I have a self-hosted BuddyPress multisite (latest installation). All the “subsites” are activating just fine, but the main site is not activating. When I attempt to “Connect to WordPress.com” it stalls for a second and then forwards to the front-end of the page. I’m not using the “W3 Total Cache” plugin, or any other cache plugin.

  Since I can’t activate it, I can’t pick the right option below, but the one I did pick (loudounconservatives.org) is one of the subdomains that DOES work.

  I hope you can help.

  BTW, since I was posting from a Jetpack support I forgot to mention that when I mention, “activation” I mean Jetpack activation.

  got it…this is very confusing by the way. jetpack is a wordpress.com product which requires a registration on wordpress.com and uses communication with wordpress.com to product, thus the line gets a little blurry when you talk about Jetpack. I’ve looked through countless forums on wordpress.org and can’t find answers.

  I posted there…hopefully someone over there knows what the problem is.
