  Hi i’ve send you multiple message but apparently i’m not quite clear. i can’t recive my activation mail. after many resend i’ve search all my gmail account but there is no sign of this mail. it’s quite problematic because i can’t do any post on my site.

  Hi! Thanks for your help so far. My initial complaint was that my MasterCard declined payment when I tried to purchase a domain. My country (Nigeria) is listed as an eligible country, but perhaps it’s my bank (GTBank) that is barred from this transaction.
  I received an email from one of your support teams, and I was asked to type in ‘Modlook’ somewhere here, which I’ve done.
  Please how can you help?
  I’m trying to convert from kpayabadotcom.wordpress.com to http://www.kpayaba.com, hence my trying to purchase this domain. Looking forward to hearing from you! Thank you

  If you can try using your card to purchase the domain once more and let me know if it works:

  Otherwise, if you can let me know what error message comes up when you try to make the purchase, that would be helpful. Be sure to fill out the credit card information correctly and completely. That is where most of the errors occur.
