activation not working

  HI, I have tried activating the site but it wont allow me or my colleagues to activate the site.

  My email is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  I have received an explore wordpress email and a receipt from the site but no activation email. The automated one on the help page doesn’t work either.

  Please make sure to check your spam folders. If you are using Gmail with tabs, be sure to check them all as well.

  Hi, I have checked my junk email folder but there is nothing in there but we do have quite comprehensive firewalls at the university so it may not be allowing the email.
