  Hi,

  My friend is trying to set up a wordpress account, and it’s not activating even though all information entered appears correct. No email received. Can you help please?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  If your friend is signing up for a new account and the signup isn’t going through, please make sure all of the signup fields have a green check next to them and the password your friend chose is accepted with the message, “Your password can be saved.”

  If your friend created the new account successfully but can’t activate it, please ask your friend to contact us directly.
