Activation of new blog theme.

  I just purchased a new blog theme and received a confirmation email on the same but my blog is yet to activate the new theme. The page still says ‘processing payment’. What should I do?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’ll add the modlook tag to your post so that you can get a Moderator/Staff member to take a look and see whats going on. it would also be a good idea that you have subscibre to this post so that when they do answer it you will be notified.

  What is the theme you purchased? Was it purchased here on WordPressdotcom or with a 3rd party theme provider?

  I can see you bought the Floral theme for kenyanabroadblog.wordpress.com, and the theme is currently active on that site.

  If you’d meant to buy the theme for http://carolgicheru.wordpress.com/ instead, let me know and I can move it over to the correct site for you.
