Activation with domain hosting service

    Hi there, I was asked to activate or complete connection with the wordpress website to the domain host. I thought I had done it but now I seem to have lost my whole website and can’t get it back. I un-did the connection when I could not access my website any longer. I think I need some help with understanding where it went and how to get it back? I wanted to change the theme of my layout too.

    The site I need help with is danielasbrisny.co.uk. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

    The Jetpack connection only activates specific features and allows you to manage your site on the WordPress.com dashboard. It doesn’t impact your website or its hosting.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.

    If you’re still seeing problems with your site, you should reach out to your host for help with this. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you here.
