active access token

  Hi, In the set up steps I’m stuck on a page that says “an active access token must be used to create a new site for the user”. I clicked on a plan and it said your site will be available shortly. But it’s been like that for quite a while.

  Am I missing something? not sure what an active access token is.

  Hi Lisa, this sounds like a possible issue with your browser. I can see you’ve got a site with a plan now. Are you able to access that?
