Active access token… Error

    I have been trying to create a site and whenever I get the the “Let’s find a domain.” step, I choose the name I want click the “Free” button and then the error “An active access token must be used create a new Site for the User.” appears. I have already tried to clear my cache and cookies, but this still happens. How do I fix this!!

    I have also had this issue show up. I am trying to create a new site, and when I try to select the site name it reads the same error. Basically, I am stuck.
