'active access token' message

  Hi – I’m trying to create a new website but at this URL – https://wordpress.com/start/domains – I’ve got this message:
  An active access token must be used create a new Site for the User.

  What does it mean?

  Here are some of her recommendations:

  • Would you be willing to try using an incognito or “safe mode” window, or logging out then clearing cache and cookies and closing the browser before re-opening it and logging in?
  • Did you try clearing cache and cookies?

  Hopefully one of those will help. If you are still having trouble, what browser are you using?

  Thanks for that – clearing the cache seems to have done the trick.
