  Hi,

  I am unable to create any blog and receiving the following error message:
  ‘An active access token must be used create a new Site for the User.’

  Kindly help in this regard.

  There doesn’t seem to be an issue regarding the creation of new sites.

  If you have already tried logging out and back in, another browser and private mode maybe someone from staff can check in case there is another issue.

  I hope the above steps will fix your issue, please write back if the issue persists.

  Switching browsers did the trick. However, obviously there is still a problem.

  That’s great!

  The issue might be due to the cached content on the browser where you’re experiencing this issue. If in incognito(privacy) mode the issue is fixed, the problem may be due to the cached content. I would recommend clearing all cached content and trying again.
