Active access tokens
-
When commenting on this blog = http://mnghostt.wordpress.com/2014/11/24/bay-area-night-phone/ I got a message that read something like “active access tokens are required in order to comment” I tried several times and finally was able to leave that message on it. Also when I tried to like the blog the like button had another grey-ish button looking thing that said “nan” on it. Kinda weird?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello there!
That is definitely odd, especially as that’s not an error I usually see on WordPress.com sites. Were you attempting to leave a comment directly on the site, or were you using the Facebook sharing button/commenting on the post on Facebook?
I am glad to hear that you were able to leave your comment, finally. Sorry for the inconvenience. Would you please take a screenshot if this happens again to you? A visual aid would be very helpful when it comes to troubleshooting the situation. You can simply upload the screenshot to your Media Library, like any other image, and I’ll be able to access it from there.
The page at the following link has some helpful tips for taking screenshots:
Just let me know when there’s something I can take a look at.
Also, as a test, if you get a moment, would you leave a comment on this site as a test:
Let me know the result, and if you encountered the same errors.
Thanks so much.

I was commenting directly to the site. I don’t use Facebook with my wordpress. The message didn’t last long but if I get it again I will try to catch a shot of it. It hasn’t happened again since that one time.

Verrrrry interesting. I would absolutely like to know if it happens again. That screenshot would be quite helpful to me.
I appreciate you following up. Here’s hoping you never have to deal with it in the future, but if you do, drop me a note.
All the best.
