Active domain not working

  My registered custom domain bkbookie.com is not working . I used the Domain Helper and it says it is expired and not registered but I registered it a couple days ago and my site page says it is active. Can you please help me?

  Is WordPress Support sleeping ? This is frustrating :( .

  When I use Domain Helper to Diagnose my site it says that my site is NOT registered and has expired. I purchase my domain only 2 weeks ago if that much. What is going on ?

  Hi there,

  We’re not sleeping, we just have pretty limited support over weekends and so it can sometimes take a little while longer to respond.

  I’m sorry that there’s been this problem with your domain. It looks like the actual registration of the domain didn’t go through. I reset our system so you can repurchase the domain, and I applied a credit to your account so you won’t be charged again. I also verified that the domain is still publicly available, so there shouldn’t be any difficulties for you.
