active member is blocked from wordpress

    don’t know why an active member has been blocked from my private 1961mhs.wordpress site.

    and her wordpress user name is 196483a

    She is also a follower of my website but she never receives any of my email updates from the wordpress website.
    She then tried to open a new account at wordpress & wordpress wouldn’t let her saying she is an active member.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    I see the user 196483a listed as an author to your site. If they’re still having trouble accessing your site please tell them to contact us in this thread to further assist them.

    She then tried to open a new account at wordpress & wordpress wouldn’t let her saying she is an active member.

    This probably happened because they tried to use the email address they’re already using for their existing account.
