"Active Premium Purchases" Error

Hello,
I am trying to delete my “blog,” but I keep receiving the following error notification:
You have active premium upgrades on your site. Please cancel your upgrades prior to deleting your site.
I have tried to “manage my purchases” as the error window suggested, but it hasn’t worked. I really need help/advice on how to delete the site for good!

You can’t delete your blog because it is still connected to the domain, hollylanier.com. Blogs with domain upgrades cannot be deleted, as you need to be able to access the blog’s dashboard to manage the domain.
I can cancel the domain for you, but please be aware that this means you give up ownership of the domain. We cannot guarantee if or when the domain will be available to register again, so only do this if you’re entirely sure you don’t want to use that domain any more. If you want to cancel the domain, please confirm that you understand this.
If you want to use the domain with a self-hosted site, you can transfer it to a different registrar. If you do that, you’ll be able to delete your WordPress.com site as well. You can find instructions on transferring a domain here:

I confirm that I understand I may/will not be able to register for this domain again. I would appreciate it if you could cancel the domain for me so I can delete my blog.

I have cancelled your domain as requested. You should now be able to delete your site.
Please note that deleting a site cannot be reversed and will permanently delete both your content AND the free WordPress.com address.
