Active Purchases Remaining, but not visible

    I’m trying to delete my account but it says that ‘You still have active purchases on your account. To delete your account, you’ll need to cancel any active purchases in Manage Purchases before proceeding.’ When I look at the ‘Manage Purchases’ tab, there is no active purchases, except for a theme that I purchased (one-time purchase). How do I delete this or get rid of this message so I can delete my account?

    Let me add ‘modlook’ in the sidebar Tags so that a staff can look into this and help you out.

    Indeed, there’s Premium Theme: Mood connected to myboundlessspirit.wordpress.com. I’ve removed it so you can continue with site deletion.
