Active Sites?

  Hello, I am working with a lawyer who is looking into why his websites are not active. The person who used to manage the websites is now out of country, so we are hoping to re-activate the following sites:
  energyarbitration.ca
  regulationlaw.com
  energylawchambers.com

  We have the URL registered with Register.com, but wonder where the actual webpages are.

  Any assistance with this please?

  Also, we are happy to pay for WordPress and get a subscription, we just want to make those three sites that are no longer active, active.
