  Dear Sir or Madam,

  I have been made an administrator at the website above created through wordpress.

  we have now finished the website building however we are unable to make it public. it still says Under Construction.

  Could you please help out?

  The website that you have is not a hosted WordPress.com blog.

  You might be running a self-hosted version of the WordPress software, hosted at a provider like GoDaddy and in your case it seems like Aruba.

  This support forum is only for blogs hosted at WordPress.COM, what you can try doing is go to the WordPress.ORG <a href=”https://wordpress.org/support/
  “>support forum, as it deals with self-hosted WordPress installs.

  thank you for your answer, but actually it is a blog which my friend and I have created on wordpress.com

  I edited it on the WP admin panel of wordpress.com

  I do not have an account on the .org website.
