ACTUAL HEADER NOT LISTED IN “HEADERS LIST (TAB)”

    Hi everyone,

I’m new here and in WP community in general. Sorry in advance if my question was answered in another thread, I couldn’t find similar one.

I’m using WP version 6.4.1 with plugins:
Elementor, Essential Addons for Elementor, Astra, Premium Starter Templates (all Pro versions) and some more. This selection of plugins was necessary to have because of the website template we decided to use (Wildlife Safari from Astra). We did not change the template a lot, we basically rewrite the content, changed the logo and menu (header) and made some changes in footer area.

Few days ago I installed Polylang plugin, which allows users to switch the whole page to second language. And here comes my doubt.

Each of my pages has been translated to second language by duplicating the whole page and rewriting. To do the same process with header (duplicate and translate),first I need to locate my header in “Dashboard (left menu) – Templates (sub menu) – Theme Builder – Header (tab)” as shown in attached screenshot. My actual header (which is in use) is not listed in there.

I tried several tutorials on “how to create wp header template from the actual one in use” and similar, but still didn’t resolve my issue. Where am I wrong? Is there any other location where my preset template menu is listed.

Thank you in advance for your patience and hopefully some help :))

  • Hi there,

Firstly, I’d like to clarify that our ability to provide direct support is limited in this case. Since your site is not hosted on our WordPress.com managed hosting, but instead uses the free, open-source version of WordPress hosted by a different provider, we don’t have the ability to investigate or resolve issues on external hosting environments.
