Actually getting support from wordpress
-
I’ve build two different websites using wordpress over the last few months, and I need them to update their servers with some simple mx records so that my email address works, but there’s no way to get in contact with them except an email form that is completely ignored.
Surely, there’s no just a blackhole instead of a support team?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
You can update the DNS records from your end if you already have the MX records. Our support page provides step by step instructions here:
Are you having trouble adding them from your end?
Take a look and let me know if you have any trouble with adding the records – we’d be happy to assist.
Thanks,

I’ve recently run into a similar issue trying to update my mx records with WordPress bc domain mapping killed my email, I can’t get WordPress to drop the “.refugemassage.com” from the address, which seems to be a problem. I tried to transfer the domain to WordPress and they say it’s locked when it is not, I have the auth code ready to go. I’m losing money on this and can’t get anyone to answer me. Any help would be appreciated.

Since you have a Business plan and we’ll need to do some back and forth with you to sort this out, can you reach out to support here?
https://wordpress.com/help/contact
Or, if you still have the email exchange Support had with you earlier in the week helping you with the footer credit, just reply to that with your new request and they can help there too.
I hope that helps!
