Ad 403 error

    Hello,

I have a free website and understand that Ads get displayed, which is fine. The issue is that one of these ads is blocking the whole screen with a huge error code. “403 error the request could not be satisfied” Could we get this removed by changing the ad or something? It is difficult for users to navigate the site when half the screen is covered by an ad error. I don’t think this is something I can fix on my end so I am posting here. Thanks!

It’s not immediately clear if this is coming from WordAds, because your ads file doesn’t show WordAds content.

Are you perhaps using any other ad network?

I am facing the exact same problem. I use WordAds to display ads on my site but the same error message shows on every ad placement. I am not using any other ad network either.

    My site is chromatictrove.com

Me, too! I had to delete the ads entirely to get rid of it. And couldn’t get support for the issue.

Hmm, it’s interesting that multiple people are running into this issue. I see that this thread is already tagged for staff attention so one of them should be able to offer some clarity on what’s happening.

    Hi,

Thanks for looking into the issue, however, it seems like the 403 error message is still showing on the ads on my site.

  • Our apologies for the inconvenience.
