ad block with premium

  We need the ads on our blog blocked and I understand that the upgrade to Premium will take of this. However, when I attempted to complete this transaction, I received a reply that ‘some of these upgrades are already in my account’. What do we need to do? If “premium” is the answer, then we need it asap. thank you.

  Hello,

  I just looked at your account and it shows that the Premium upgrade is active. The reply that ‘some of these upgrades are already in my account’ means that Premium is a bundle containing multiple different other upgrades including Domain Mapping. You’ve had Domain Mapping for quite some time. The Premium Bundle is normally $99.00 but you were only charged $79.00 because you already had Domain Mapping.
