  i purchased “ad free” for $30 and went to my site and still found ads.
  please advise how i can get rid of them.

  they are still there!!! please remove all ads!! i paid for ad free and the ads still keep popping up! first when i checked the site there were no ads. as soon as i went to one of the pages the ads came back and were on every page and back on the home page as well. once again. i paid for the ads to be removed. please remove them.

  Hi there – our ads are definitely turned off on your site. It sounds like these are ads that are likely being inserted by a browser add-on or extension. Can you please disable all of your Chrome extensions, and then turn them back on one-by-one until you identify the one that is inserting the ads?
