Ad in middle of site

    Hello! I wanted to inquire about a new ad that has been appearing on my site. It appears right in the middle of the page and prohibits my content from being seen or interacted with. This was an issue once in the past and it was corrected but now it has returned. From my understanding, I do not need a paid account to prevent this type of ad content disrupting my site. Please advise.

    Hey there,

    Many thanks for reaching out and thanks for your patience in waiting for a reply.

    Sites which are on the free plan are subject to Ads, and this helps to keep the features free for those who wish to use the service.

    In order to remove these ads, the site would need to be on a paid plan, at a minimum the personal plan.

    With a plan, any newly registered domains would be free for the first year also.
