  i want to create educational site, starting with ‘Personal’ plan ,
  is this plan allow to put affiliated link/google ads etc. so that i can earn money.

  You can use affiliate links on any plan, even free, but we only allow affiliate links that are related to original content you post on your site. We do not allow affiliate networks and sites that exist for the sole purpose of driving traffic to affiliate links.

  You can participate in our own WordAds ads network on the Premium Plan and higher. Using other ad networks, like Google’s AdSense, is only possible on the Business and eCommerce plans.
