  I own the Sneuro.com domain. Can this help me generate revenues froms ads on my WordPress blog?

  Not since the blog is hosted here. The Domain Mapping upgrade gets you just that: a new address for your blog. Since it’s still hosted here, it is still under the same terms of service agreement and restrictions.
