ad served but no revenue

  in my site 5 days back when it was serving hardly less than 5000 ads then for that day revenue was 0.23 USD, but now when ads served is more than 20000, visitors and views are four fold then ad revenue is zero.
  Not able to understand, is there any settings I have done wrong?
