Hello @noemicardoso,
Your site http://philschaefer.com/ , that you need help with is using the open source WordPress.org software and you need to seek help at these forums:
https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
I know this can be confusing, but there are two types of WordPress. If you want to know more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org you can read this document:

Hi noemicardoso,
According to the WAVE Web Accessibility tool, your website needs to have alt text for two images, and there are other issues like low-contrast and other structural errors. Your personal results can be found here: http://wave.webaim.org/report#/http://philschaefer.com/
Using those results, you should be able to go in and fix the issues. If you need any additional help with this, you can check out the forums for self-hosted WordPress websites as @mywritingmuscle stated. Hope this helps!
