  If you want to change the “.wordpress.com” domain you can follow the instructions given here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  If you want to have a custom domain like “example.com” then please read this: https://en.support.wordpress.com/register-domain/

  NOTE:
  You have to purchase a paid WordPress.COM plan in order to have a custom domain like “example.com”.
