adaptation theme shows up different between customize screen and view screen

Hello,
I’m using the adaptation theme. It shows up perfectly with my logo and widgets on the sides when I am in customize window. However, when everyone else go to my website or when i look it up on their computer, in all other browser, it shows up as without any pictures or logo, and doesn’t look anything like the “adaptation” theme that I put together.
How can i fix it so that they will see the website as how i see it?

We would still like to use adaptation as a theme. We only switch because the version of adaptation that was showing up on everyone else browser was so plain.
Please help us figure out how to make adaptation look the same. I have screen shot of the two different version, but how to share with you?

You can upload them to your media library, where I will be able to see them.
Allow me to ask a quick question, were you trying to make colour/font customizations or change your site’s CSS? I ask because I notice that you don’t have the Custom Design upgrade which is required in order for those changes to be made permanent. You’ll be able to see them in the customizer but not live on your site.

I was not trying to make color changes or mess with CSS. I believe the blue I chose was allowed under the free version.

Hiya,
While I was able to see the images that you uploaded I wasn’t able to tell anything from them. In order for me to really see what is going wrong, we will need to switch the theme back over to Adaption. If you could do so and make any changes that you had wanted in the Customizer (and make sure you click save) and then let me know I’ll take a look at it!

Can we coordinate a time for us to do it tomorrow, Friday 8/15 so that the site doesn’t get too disrupted? Anytime after 10AM EST works for me.
The issue is that once i switch it to adaptation, everyone will see the very plain/non professional version, and I want to avoid people seeing that (until we figure out the problem and fix it, of course).
I love the adaptation theme and really you can help get it to look like the picture on uploaded images.

Yep, that’s not a problem. Please make sure that whatever customizations you want are in place in the Customizer. I’ll see what I can do!

I can see that you’ve just finished customizing your site.
Here’s what I see when I go to the site:
Is this not what you had wanted? It appears to be displaying all of the widgets which you have activated. The only things which aren’t being shown are what we discussed earlier, things in the Customizer which only become active if you purchase the Custom Design add-on.
Let me know if this isn’t what you’re seeing on your end!

That’s my point. That is not what everyone else sees. I can see it on my screen, but if I was to use any other browser, it shows up as very empty, with just an “about page”If you can go our image gallery to see a picture of the screen.

Which browser are you using when you cannot see the customizations? I have now tested it in Safari, Firefox, and Chrome on a Mac, and IE11, Firefox, and Chrome on a PC and they are all showing up for me.
