adapting mobile views in oxygen

  Can anyone help me? I’m trying to set up some media queries to change the text color on my mobile sites main navigation (still as the default blue).

  I can’t find where the mobile html theme is set up or where the style sheets/ CSS are relating to it, so I can view them to change them…Any ideas?
