add a categories page to the Manifest theme?

  Does anybody know how to add a categories page to the Manifest theme? What code do I put into the page?Im using a very new version of word press- but I cant find a menu editor, and while an “archive” page has a link to a category dependent page (ex: http://enlightenmentwines.com/news/category/event/ )

  I cant find a way to get a link to that to appear in the menu.

  thanks if you have any suggestions! I want to make a page for my events and press categories-
