Add a Contact Form

  I have made many attempts to add/set up a Contact Form on my ‘Contact Page’. I followed all the steps under Support for Contact Page. It did not happen. After I click the ‘add contact form’ media button and ‘Add this form to my post’ button, No shortcode appear and when I went to publish the page, there is No fully functional Contact Page either.

  Thanks very much for your reply. Yes that was the guide I used. My understanding is that when I click on the ‘add a contact form’ media button right beside ‘Upload/Insert’ on my post/page, a standard contact form will be displayed, once click ‘Add this form to my post’, the shortcodes of the form will be displayed in the box below and when I publish the page, the Contact Form will be on my page. Please correct me if I am wrong. Thanks a lot.
