Add a downloadable document to my blog?

Is it possible for me to upload say a Word Document/Questionnaire, for my readers to optionally download and fill in before emailing back to me?

Thank you so much for your prompt assistance. Your second remark has rung alarm bells with me though, so may I ask you a little more about this?My blog was begun with the wish to “spread the word” so that more people could benefit their health, through the Specific Carbohydrate Diet. I dont post all that regularly, but I have had some appreciative responses from a few readers, at least one of whom, found the diet through my blog. While I didn’t want to turn it into a commercial sideshow, I did hope to earn some compensation via a couple of relevant affiliate links, as you have seen. I had considered Google Adsense, but it looks as if that would definitely not be okay, and it certainly wasn’t high on my list, so that one is easy.
What does bother me though, is that I am writing a book about the diet, and I had hoped to be able to market it, via my blog, among other things. I really like WordPress, and don’t relish the idea of having to learn another system, but if I have to, better that I go there now, than have my plans derailed further down the track. Would you give me some guidance about this please Husdal?

I’m just a forum member and cannot advise you on the specifics of your blog and wordpress.com TOS, but if you read http://en.wordpress.com/types-of-blogs/ particular the part under Affiliate Marketing Blogs you will see that writing and marketing your own book is not off limits.
