  Hi I am trying to add a footer link to my website with paid for advertising information on there. Could anyone assist with adding a footer?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That is not allowed. No blogger initiated third party advertising is allowed on any wordpress.COM hosted sites.

  Blogger initiated third party advertising is not allowed at WordPress.COM. Affiliate links are allowed on WordPress.com as long as the primary purpose of your blog is to create original content.

  No advertising banners or advertising widgets are allowed.

  It also says “Affiliate links are allowed on WordPress.com as long as the primary purpose of your blog is to create original content”

  This seems like it is the case for me, as I would be putting up recommended brands I use in recipes/products that I make.

  If your site is on our Business plan https://wordpress.com/business/, you have the option to remove the footer credit altogether.

  Hi there,

  Charging for paid advertising space on your site is not permitted on WordPress.com.

  I would be putting up recommended brands I use in recipes/products that I make.

  Affiliate linking is allowed as long as you are creating meaningful content. You are not allowed to create content purely to add affiliate links.

  Adding links to products/brands in your recipes is fine.
