  I need help integrating a forum page on my wordpress.com account, since I cannot call anyone and have them walk me through it in laymans terms (as I am not a techie guy) Id appreciate an easy to understand explanation of how this is possible.

  Id like to do it through either phpbb or if not applicable then bbpress will suffice.

  Since I purchased my domain name through you guys I found out I was told to hit you up to add the forum. I want the forum to be an additional page/tab atop my page
  (Home, Biography, Show Support, (then User Forums), then RSS

  Please help. Thank you!

  Hi there,

  We don’t offer a forum on WordPress.com. We provide the blogs/sites which are based off of WordPress only.

  If you would like to set up a forum instance on shared hosting with another company, you absolutely could and then have a link to it placed in your menu at the top of your site.

  If you’d like to pursue that type of solution, let me know and I can walk you through how to create a custom menu for your site.

  Actually thats exactly what Id like to do! Awesome, please and thank you! I haven’t gotten this far into computers since the 1990’s days of HTML and I am lost lol.

  Id love to have a forum linked to a button on my menu saying User Forum or something of the sort. How do I go about doing that?

  The actual creation of a forum is something which you will have to do yourself. You’ll need to seek and find a third party host on which you can install some forum software. There are quite a few out there, but we do have a few which we recommend for the installation of WordPress.org, so they would likely do well for forum installs as well:

  Hosting

  Once you have purchased hosting, your new host should have an easy-to-follow set of instructions for getting a forum up and running. Some of them may even have an automated setup.

  Once you have the URL for your new forum, you can come back to your WordPress.com installation and follow the instructions for creating a custom menu right here:

  To create and insert menu items going to various points in your own blog and then also to the forum!
