Add a heading within the middle of a contact form

  I would like to be able to add a line of text on a separate line as a subheading within a contact form.

  The form is on this page and ideally, ​I would like a heading of Attachments​ above the three checkboxes.

  Is this possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello @sharoncrouch40,

  There’s no way to add Subheading if you’re using the Contact Form provided in the Post/Page editor of WordPress. You can create your form via third-party supported by WordPress.com (Wufoo, Google Forms, Poll Daddy and JotForms) and embed it to your page.
