add a link for my other pages on the blog's head

  Good afternoon! I just created a blog, and I made it in three languages. I already found how to creat a link in the sidebar to the other pages, but I’d like to have these links also in the head of the blog. WordPress uses this website as an example https://lamalevaes.wordpress.com/

  How could I do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
