Add a multilingual WPML plugin

  Hello,
  I want my website http://www.babelutparcours.com to be in Dutch and English but apparently I can’t add the WPML plugin neither is it in the ‘standard’ plugins…
  Thank you for adding this.

  Hi.
  a) Only the Business Plan has the possibility to add Google Analytics as an additional plugin. Otherwise we cannot add to the plugins that are already built in to the WordPress.com platform.
