  Is there a way to add a nav bar under my header in the Digg 3 Column Theme in CSS?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Digg 3 has top navigation and supports custom menus. You just have to style it and move it down under the header from its standard position above the header.

  Well i was talking about a custom nav bar. I don’t really like the digg 3’s nav bar. And the one CSS code diden’t work.
