ADD a new WordPress

I have had a WordPress using MistyLook for over 9 years that offered my visual art and writings. I am an artist and the Walker Art Center had a website that artists would use- in my WP blog roll I provided a link so viewers could be directed there to see my art ONLY. They are shutting it down. I want to use the MistyLook template for my art only. Is this possible? And, how to differentiate?

It sounds like you are looking to create another site, separate of your existing site that you’ve had for 9 years – is that accurate?
If so, it definitely is possible to create another site on your WordPress.com account, but it may not be possible to use the specific template or theme you’d like to use, MistyLook. That theme came out over 10 years ago so it’s most likely retired.
Would you feel comfortable looking for a new theme to use? Generally new themes are better anyway in terms of the features they offer to your readers like mobile responsiveness for example.

I like the ‘scroll down’ vertical.What do I do to differentiate it from the Misty Look WordPress I use now?

I’m afraid Misty Look is retired on WordPress.com. So there is no way of using it with a new WordPress.com site.
Might I suggest this theme as a more modern replacement with a somewhat similar style:
