Add a Permanent Video to Title Page

I would like to add a short video to my home page of my blog. I would like the video to always be there even when I continue to add more posts. I want to add it in the header area of my blog. IS this possible? Does anyone know how it is done? Thanks.

You can create a sticky post with a video embedded into it.
