Add a Pllugiin

I created a flipbook and am trying to add it to my site. Flipbuilder says it’s possible with a plugin, but I can’t find the plugins. I’ve added the Flipbuilder link if that helps.

That’s only for wordpress.ORG installs. You cannot do that on a wordpress.COM hosted blog like http://advisornotes.wordpress.com/

You are confusing wordpress.com hosted blogs and wordpress.org software installs. There is no FTP access https://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/ and no blogger installed plugin capability. https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/ Blogger installed plugins are not permitted here at WordPress.com for various security reasons. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
