  How do I add a plug in – I go to dashboard, click plug ins, but I don’t see anywhere to add new – I want to add ‘mail chimp for wp’

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Unfortunately, third party plugins can only be added to self-hosted WordPress(.org) sites; it is not possible to add your own to a WordPress.com site.
