Add a plugin to my website Contact page

  I have loaded the Google Forms plugin to my WP list of plugins. It says it is activated. I now want to put the plugin on to my website Contact page. How do I do this? Plugins don’t show up on the Widgets sidebar. 2nd question: once I get access to Google Forms on my website builder page, I assume I will be led to my Google drive in order to obtain the Contact form I created on Google. Is this right?

  The website is not published yet. It is still under construction. I am trying to see how to get it published without spending a lot of money for upgrades.

  You might be building a website on the local host, that uses the self-hosted version of WordPress which is available at WordPress.org.

  You do not need a special plugin for contact form if you’re building your website with WordPress.com, it has Jetpack for pre-installed if you wish to add the form to your website.

  In order to use the Custom Plugins and Themes on your WordPress.com site, you need to upgrade your site with the Business plan.

  At WordPress.com you can build your website for free but if you wish to use custom-domain then you need to upgrade your site with plans.
